Ramakrishna Peela is an entrepreneur and technology leader with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including leadership roles in multinational companies and startups. He previously served as COO of a technology startup for five years, leading the development of award-winning digital solutions in public safety, policing innovation, and women empowerment.
He also brings strong hands-on experience in FMCG distribution, having served as an Amul distributor for the Gajuwaka region, where he managed supply chains, dealer networks, and high-volume consumer operations.
As Founder & Managing Director of Amruth Aqua Naturals Private Limited, he leads business strategy, manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, distribution development, partnerships, and sustainable growth initiatives.
His leadership combines technology innovation, operational discipline, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship to build scalable and impactful businesses.

She plays an important role in building structured systems that support operational efficiency, compliance, and consistency across the organization. Her leadership focuses on administrative discipline, quality assurance, regulatory alignment, and accountable business practices.
She is also recognized for her strengths in people management and team development, helping create a collaborative and responsible work culture.
As Co-Founder, she supports key areas including organizational administration, governance, compliance monitoring, human resource coordination, process standardization, and sustainable growth initiatives.
Her structured and people-centric leadership strengthens the company’s operational stability and supports its long-term growth vision.
